报告摘要：One of the most interesting questions in the study of Quantum Chromo Dynamics (QCD) is the possible existence of a phase transition between ordinary matter and a new state of matter called the quark gluon plasma. Recent experiments at the LHC and RHIC as well as future facilities like FAIR and NICA have a dedicated scientific program to find observables for this transition. In this talk I will discuss how the rapid phase separation via spinodal decomposition may be realized in high energy nuclear collisions and how the resulting fluctuations of the net-baryon number may be used to verify the QCD phase transition.
